The bell of the chapel on Cross Hill can be heard several times a day. It invites you to hike up to the lookout point above Krumlov. The locals call it nothing but Křižák. Those who live just below the hill are attracted by the magical energy of the place. I go there every free moment. I sit down, enjoy the view of the town, the Blanský Forest, the peaks of Šumava and enjoy the peace. I always have a feeling of total stop in time and space. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining, snowing, sun shining. The most beautiful are sunsets.
